NetPriva Edge Virtual Gateway is affordable software that runs on an existing office PC or server and ensures that the user(s) important applications, such as SAP, CRM, and VoIP, are guaranteed the minimum wide area network (WAN) bandwidth required for consistent and good response times. Non time sensitive or unimportant traffic is constrained to the background. Non sanctioned traffic can be stopped altogether. NetPriva Edge Virtual Gateway improves the user experience and productivity.

Templates to quickly set up / manage policies to guarantee bandwidth to important applications -by application or user by Port, URL (for example *salesforce*), source or destination IP address, Protocol (TCP, UDP), Citrix ICA tags. Can be extended to application (executable) name, and user (login) by installing NetPriva EPDirect Agent on each user PC.
Policies activated only at times of congestion, dynamic use of bandwidth at all times.
Where EdgeVG and EPDirect are deployed in combination, policies are applied prior to encryption for network performance and security.
