Customer Support

NetPriva or its Accredited  Partners provide support and maintenance services to customers under an agreement suited to the level of customer support required.

Services can include:

  • Network and application consulting including slow response time problems
  • Implementation of NetPriva network performance solutions for all size remote offices, branch offices, and home offices
  • Maintenance and support of NetPriva solutions
  • On going health checks and network service management to meet your changing business requirements

NetPriva offers the following standard support packages.  

Set Up Support is an online support package designed to assist you to get up and running. It includes 24  hours (business day) or better response time, and unlimited email plus an agreed number of hours of online voice/video support to be used within 30 days.

Extended Support is an online support package designed to assist you to get up and running, and to provide continued access to support services over a period of 3 or 12 months. It includes 24  hours (business day) or better response time, and unlimited email plus an agreed number of hours of online voice/video support to be used within 30 days.

Maintenance is an annual agreement that provides upgrade releases and bug fixes through interim version releases.

Customer Support offers these high quality levels of service for customers.

Ticket Support
All inbound support requests are by ticket and are queued, rated for customer impact severity, assigned a case and priority, and tracked through completion. 

Online Customer Support 
Online voice / video support provides a direct hook up to a NetPriva specialist who can talk you through and, where required, show you through instructional and live examples. This can include online training for one or more people.
