NetPriva offers the following standard support packages. Set Up Support is an online support package designed to assist you to get up and running. It includes 24 hours (business day) or better response time, and unlimited email plus an agreed number of hours of online voice/video support to be used within 30 days. Extended Support is an online support package designed to assist you to get up and running, and to provide continued access to support services over a period of 3 or 12 months. It includes 24 hours (business day) or better response time, and unlimited email plus an agreed number of hours of online voice/video support to be used within 30 days. Maintenance is an annual agreement that provides upgrade releases and bug fixes through interim version releases. Customer Support offers these high quality levels of service for customers.
