Our OEM programs are intended for companies that are currently developing, marketing and supporting their own product portfolio and require the additional related functionality that NetPriva’s product or technologies can provide. Licensing may be in the form of Private Labeling, OEM Product Enhancement, Technology Licensing or IP Licensing

Private Labeling

Partners will receive the benefit of quickly providing an extension to their current offerings while maintaining their own brand identity, allowing them to add revenue from their current customer base or enter into new market spaces.

OEM Product Enhancement

Technology Licensing

Partners will receive the benefit of extensive innovation, R&D and product development done by NetPriva in the form of technology components or platforms designed for use within third party offerings.   With an extensive API structure and tool kit, partners can build into their own offerings the powerful HD-QoS engine invented and developed by NetPriva, or simply enhance their existing product line by offering a feature extension through the use of NetPriva’s products.   These core technologies are available at a fraction of the cost of undertaking any new development and allow corporations to benefit and add value without “re-inventing the wheel”.
